Last night we had one of these Banh Mi sandwiches last night; (we go about once a week.)Mine was chicken, the boy's had tofu. We get ours at Nobi's in Friendswood; here. (Where I got the picture)
I made them once using the recipe here. I did not use pork; I used tofu. It was good, but a lot of work and I'd rather purchase them than mess up the kitchen. Worth $3.65.
