On a more personal note; I've been dieting for 3 weeks and have lost 3 lbs. If you consider that if I hadn't been dieting I would have gained....what? 1 lb? So that makes it a loss of 4 lbs! I added exercise this week and although the exercise wipes me out, I have had less pain from my arthritis this week, at least until today. This week is still my beginner level exercise; I'll increase my time after this week. I'm doing water aerobics 2x's a week and 2 half hour pilates sessions.
