I was at a friend's for the 4th of July and watched her cut up an avocado. I hesitate to say she did it 'wrong' because it did work; they got to eat it. There is a neater, faster way to do it. Melissa and I decided to do a tutorial but her avocados are not ripe yet, so I decided to look and see if someone else has already done a tutorial and there are many. This is the first one I looked at; the best of the 3 I took the time to look at.

Very neat. That looks simple yet I would never have figured it out on my own.
