Guild Auction

 Remember this small quilt that I made last month? Someone paid $70.00 for it at the Guild auction. WOW!

There were other fabulous quilts, but no miniatures. I had my phone with me and got a few pictures of my favorites.

 They really kept the quilts moving....but this one was so pretty with a scalloped binding.

 Square in a square arranged in a 9-patch with alternate plain blocks. Beautiful.

 See how they kept the quilt going around the crowd? It had applique words around but the part I wanted to remember...

were the black and white 9-patches and the big red 9-patch. striking and a good use of scraps. I found the pattern here. I enjoyed watching others spend their money :) Hoping I would win the raffle quilt...no such luck.
