French Dip and Surprise Truffles
I REALLY wanted to try this recipe that I had pinned 3 weeks ago. So I invited 5 friends over for lunch. I knew I had to spread the work out over a couple of days. So on Tuesday I did the shopping and made the Surprise Truffles (for dessert)-the surprise is the avocado as part of the fat.Wednesday I did the French Dip (so I could cool it and get the fat off). Today I reheated the French Dip; toasted the buns and we ate. It tasted like French Dip! Amazing, I would make this as a regular family meal if my kids would eat meat. One friend brought a nice tossed salad then we sat around the table and talked and ate. It was nice.
