diet

I started dieting...first step was to eliminate buying candy. I'm on my second week and gained a pound yesterday! I was hoping that cutting the candy out would make the pounds drop off...so I'll have to make another change. I added exercise this week; water aerobics and stationary bicycle were recommended by the dr. I just came home from the pool....
