Apple Strudle just came out of the oven! The dishwasher is full and running Pandora radio is playing 'Catch a Falling Star' one of my favorite songs. (I remember the first time I heard it! Sitting in the parking lot at BYU waiting for my husband after a day of work the radio played this and I immediately loved it but it took me years to hear it again.)
If you want a yummy treat take the leftover apple filling for strudle and fry it in the pan you just toasted the crumbs in. Oh, my what a great lunch. Or just slice an apple and throw in some almonds, raisins, sugar and cinnamon; put the heat on low and add a bit of oil. I had tossed the apples with lemon juice.
