Quilt Guild

I just returned from Quilt Guild where Kim Diehl was the speaker. She has written several books and showed us many of the quilts she has made. I talked to her for a minute after the lecture and found out she is from Idaho and uses Fairfield's soft touch batting. A very thin batt but I liked the way her quilts felt and looked. I'll have to try some when I run out of batting. Fun to see her quilts and her quilting. Andrew went with me and didn't find it interesting at all. :(
