peach sorbet

This is yummy Peach sorbet.
Almost easier to make than a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
And it uses up some peaches that are going to go bad if you don't eat all 8 RIGHT NOW!

Peach Sorbet
5-7 peaches
1/4 sugar

Cut the peaches into chunks, discard the pit, not the skin.
Put into food processor or blender, blend; add sugar to taste.

Freeze, set your timer cause you'll want to stir it every 45 minutes-to an hour until it is frozen.
Take out of freezer a few minutes before serving so it can get soft enough to scoop.

I wonder if strawberries would work too...
