You will be happy that I haven't given up on this yet. I was sure as I was sewing this block that I wouldn't like it. It has more triangles that match than any of the other blocks; really I am trying to be true to the original and this is what Deborah did. (No, I really don't know the piecer's name but I decided to call her Deborah.) SURPRISE! to me. I really like the triangles matching all along each side.
I am almost out of 1.5 " triangles so this week I'll be making more.

Sadly, I decided this quilt NEEDS to be 16 blocks big instead 9.
