puff pastry

I have enough apricot lekvar for 100's of cookies so today I used it in these:

After bringing them home I realized that the shells are cooked empty; then are filled. No problem; I made my cream cheese/sugar/egg mixture then cooked it in the microwave and then spooned it on top of the apricot filling.

Take a bite...... you know you want some...
Pretty good and hit the spot.
