valentine for lynn

For many years my little sister and I have exchanged an homemade valentine. Last year I thought I'd gotten smart and I made her one page of an accordion folding valentine. This year would be page 2 and so on. But that meant I had to adapt the ideas this year so I could put it on a 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" (half of an 81/2 by 11 sheet of paper) valentine. And the holes have to match; I have to rely on my scan of it.
The lace on the bottom with the buttons my sister found on an old dress in her attic 20 years ago. It was dry rotted and we just saved the lace and she GAVE it to me so I finally found a way to get a piece back to her. It is very fragile but looks nice.
The vintage valentines I got here and here.

(Last year's valentine is stored in my computer in a publisher file. I scanned it and stored it there but it is not a jpeg file so it cannot be uploaded into my blog. Does anyone know how to convert it to a jpeg? If you do send me the information or where I can get the information.)
