Dear Jane

I'm not making a Dear Jane quilt but it was a treat to see the other ones made by people in our guild AND to listen to the author of the Dear Jane Book; Brenda Papadakis. 'Dear Jane' is a quilt made in 1863 by Jane Stickley, she signed it and it has become very popular to remake it.
4.5 inch blocks; 169 blocks plus those border triangles need to be counted as blocks; 225 total.
Here's a blog post written by Anina, who is trying to make one of these. This post shows some of the complexity of just one block. There is quite a lot of quilters out there working on these blocks. Good Luck. This will really stretch your piecing skills!
