quilt guild

I just got home from Baytown Area Quilt Guild; I'm sorry I didn't take my camera. There were 57 people there and 28, 28! Christmas quilt tops that were given away! All different, the blocks were made throughout the year by the guild members and if you made a block your name went in the pot. Obviously 4 blocks was not enough to win a top since that is how many I made. :( Really, I was amazed. How is anyone going to be able to take over that job? Twenty years ago I thought having 2 tops to give away at the quilt Christmas party was fabulous; I won one then.
