This may be a valuable experience for a child but it is guaranteed to drive a mother mad! The subject is; What effect does the acidity (vinegar) of the liquid(milk) have on the growth of bacteria(yogurt)? Sounds intriguing? Stay tuned we'll have the answer in.... days.
